"My husband and I stayed Oct 6, 2026. The hotel was very nice and clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We used the shuttle to go to the Wheeling Theater. Was an excellent experience will definitely be staying again."

"The front desk person that checked us in (Michelle I believe) was friendly and helpful."

"Clean room excellent staff"

"Nice quiet hotel"

"This was a great property and looked newly renovated. The staff was super friendly, the dog races were a highlight and restaurants had great food!"

"First the good things. The bed and pillows were both VERY comfortable and clean. That's important. No bedbugs. That's important. However, we did have fruit flies coming out of the bathroom sink. The bathroom floor was sticky and stayed moist feeling(damp). The room had a musty, old smoked in smell. The TV had decent channels, but the plastic 'channel line-up' tray on the counter was not correct. The elevator had an unpleasant bodily smell as well. We stayed here on a budget and it showed."

"The rating for this place on Expedia was a 7.8 and the photos looked fine. When I entered the hotel room, it was anything but and I felt like I'd been decieved. The carpet had burns and stains on it; the kitchen floor had sticky residue smeared across it; the chair was so stained I wouldn't touch it; the sheets and pillows were stained; and the smell gave me a headache. Now, I have stayed in some less than stellar places before. I don't mind a few stains or crumbs, but The Suburban Studios left...

"We arrived, I checked in, our room was right on the first floor and was surprisingly fully ADA-accessible! So. Much. Space. Neat little free book spot in the lobby too. Breakfast was pretty standard continental. That's all I really have to say about that!"

"The front desk staff, especially Lorraine are always outstanding. They always accommodate us in the public seating areas and around the fire ring in the evenings and this is always my go to for my annual trip to Saint Clairsville – you can't go wrong staying at this place."

"Staffs were friendly and helpful."

"Very good. Basic, clean, staff good."
