"Nice location a few km out of Rotorua. The park-like grounds are a bit odd with the Alice in Wonderland themed art, but peaceful and with nice views of the lake in the distance. The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas. "Absolutely lovely spot- quiet, peaceful with tremendously well planned and tended gardens! The fragrance of gardenias and jasmin is heavenly . Secluded hot tub was perfect. "

"Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful setting with a creek right behind the unit. Kitchen was simple and offered appliances we weren't expecting. Laundry facilities on site was a nice bonus. Only down side was the bed, which was quite firm. One of us loved it, the other not. I used the WiFi for a zoom meeting and it was good enough for the task, thankfully. "

"This was a wonderful accommodation. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The views were incredible. Sadly it rained a lot so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grounds. Star the manager could not be any nicer. Anything we wanted she was there to get it for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily and amazing snack drawer was filled. Refrigerator was filled with drinks and replenished daily. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. Much better than standard continental breakfasts normally...

"The rooms were clean and the staff is very polite. The only issue I experienced was about 3 to 5 minutes of hot water for a shower. Afterwards it would run cold immediately. "
