100% Excellent!

Everything here is wonderful, especially the warm friendly, English speaking staff. It's right on the beach, great bar upstairs with awesome live music. The only drawback maybe that it's 5-10 minutes cab for about 100-200 UAH to the city center depending on where you want to go or a nice 30 minute walk? I highly recommend M-1 Club Hotel. If you don't like a little noise from the music at the Prosecco Bar on the 6th floor than I would recommend staying on the 4th floor or a lower level, or just join the party!? They party on Fridays and Saturday nights sometimes until 4 am. I had a blast!

Stylish, helpful staff, and great view

We came for the view - dirctly overlooking the sea and exactly as we expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are stylish and clean. And the breakfast is really good too.

Great room, good breakfast, basic gym. Great seaside location. Long distance from car drop off to hotel entrance and weird Austin where bolt cars wouldn't drive to the hotel.

Дійсно гарний готель. Привітній персонал, дуже достойний сніданок, чудові номера. Персонал пішов нам на зустріч, переселили без доплати на сторону де море, тому що на сторону де басейн, шумно, йде будівництво. Але ця ситуація ні на грам не зіпсувала наше враження про готель. Все супер, дякуємо, повернемося.

I came to the hotel at 10:40, they said I should pay the difference for early check-in (so room is ready) I just left my luggage ar the reception, I came back to the hotel at 13:20 (with my friend) They said the room is not ready, Therefore I sat with my friend at the nearby restaurant for 1.5 hours, finally the room is ready Bed is Very old therefore there is sound when i move hotels.com has given me 797 uah worth of spa services credits but the reception did not confirm this to me. I asked them about it (when I was leaving the hotel) they said our spa is not working!!

When we arrived we had concerns because there was heavy and loud constuction adjacent to the main hotel entrance. But we need not of worried. The hotel is sound proof and they gave us a cool room right outside o the same level as the sea water. We could hear nothing and it was really enjoyable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. A credit to the hotel. Well done. Great hires. Will be back.

We loved our stay and enjoyed it but some things were disappointing. The internet was super slow and it was keep disconnecting for two days. Our light system in the room messed up and the technician had to come to the room in the middle of the night to fix the issue. We had a dinner also on the sixth floor and so far it was my worst dinner in Odessa. I informed the server and his response was like it’s pity that you don’t like the food.We used the sauna and spa services and it was great. I would stay again here if wouldn’t be any issues.

The most terrible stay in the last few years

Never stay at Delux rooms. The price doesnt worth the money. One day duringbthe stay they didnt clean the room at all! Bathroom ventilation terribly load but!!!- once you put in the light in the bathroom the ventilation will never stop working all night with it's terrible sound. The receptionist told us they know the problem and there is nothing to do with this!! In the restaurant we were poisoned with the food 2 days sticked to the bed. Very, very bad experience really. No compensation or room change were proposed to us. Odessa has a few brandnew hotels- avoid this one

This was a perfect hotel for me, and the staff were superb in particular Yulia who was attentive and always helpful, only a 30 minute or so walk to centre. Room was clean, food was fantastic entertainment at weekends nothing I could have asked for more
