This hotel is not geared to Western travelers, but more to Russians even over Ukrainians. The cold food at breakfast was warm, the hot food was lukewarm at best. Hot dishes were uncovered, meaning eggs were cold, and milk and juices were left out unchilled. The breakfast cuisine was unimaginative and unhanged each day. For example, no nice breakfast rolls, just plain white or dark sliced bread, this in a supposedly 4-star hotel. The hotel is almost impossible to find even with a navigator and signage is non-existent. We had to make several phone calls to the hotel for help with the directions, but the reception staff were not knowledgeable enough to help even here, and even in Russian. Twice before being allowed to enter the parking lot, we were interrogated by the lot attendant in Russian as to our reasons for parking there; apparently being a hotel guest wasn't an adequate reason. Thankfully, my Russian-speaking wife could negotiate our way in - simply weird. The website gives misinformation and is unclear, particularly for first-time stays. This hotel remains heavily influenced by Soviet/Russian attitudes towards hospitality. We won't be returning. The housekeeping staff was topnotch though.

If you are looking for a peaceful stay Avoid it Some music noise from the club not so loud but still a bit As I travel with 2 suitcases was not easy to get up to my room as there is no lift .. Otherwise overall correct if u want to be in the heart of Arcadia

The staff was nice and polite. The hotel needs renovation interior update. The lobby is too durk lights needs to be turned up. The brackfst food was ok but my kids could only eat serial. In general it was ok but would expect more for the price.

Hidden Gem

It is a lovely hotel, very pretty with a nice indoor pool. Literally in the heart of Arcadia so it is a great location and the prices are quite reasonable, and the desk staff was very nice. Only downside is it is difficult for taxis to get close to it, but even if you have to walk a bit through Arcadia to get to it, overall to me it was worth it. I will stay there next time I need to stay a night or two, or three in Odessa.

Great Location

The location is excellent. The hotel staff are very good with good English skills. Room was comfortable and clean. There is some noisiness associated with the location as it is adjacent to the marketing area. The only drawback to this hotel is the breakfast meal. Even though the staffing was reasonable, the coffee was great, the food had a lot to desire. I stayed 6 days and not once did I receive a breakfast that I would consider "good". Specifically the food was cold, limited choices and at least morning not timely prepared. The management should realize that the breakfast meal is cheap and easy and the start of everyone's day, therefore should be great. So due to the breakfast alone I have to take a full star away from this hotel.

Friendly Staff, Perfect Location

If you're going to Arcadia, this is the best possible location. Right next to the best club (Ibiza) with the best beach club in the area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice and the presence of a gym was a plus (although some of the equipment was broken).
