"As I approached the motel from the street it looked as I would expect, then I had to turn around, as I went past it, and I then saw it from the side. The rooms I saw had broken windows, and the air conditioning units were broken. I decided then to not stay there, so drove on and stayed in another town"

"Staff is really friendly. Restaurant downstairs has amazing service and great food at reasonable prices. My room was very clean and has a small kitchen if you want to make your own meals. The room has 2 heating units. The one controlling the living space worked perfect, but the one controlling the bedroom wouldn’t heat up past 69 degrees, so it was pretty cold at night. The disposal in the kitchen sink didn’t work. Other than that, it’s a beautiful historic hotel and worth the stay."

"It looked like our sheets on both beds have not been changed! They weren't taught and some dirty spots! Show the staff and they weren't too happy about it. They gave us new sheets and pillow cases and my wife decided she would make the beds herself! The breakfast was terrible the coffee was terrible! I ended up having to go to a restaurant to eat! Cleanliness was fair."
