"Unique place with very clean rooms. We only stayed one night and left early but it did the trick."

"The room had water damage on the ceiling and smelled like mildew. I woke up with what I'm almost certain are flea bites despite renting a no-pets room. The exterior walls had holes through to the insulation. Staff were nice and the beds were actually quite comfortable, but the mildew and what was probably only 1 flea are still pretty hard to get over."

I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. "This hotel could be a 5 star if: 1. They got rid of the low boy toilets 2. They got a better toilet paper - it is truly paper, bring your own 3. They had handheld shower head 4. They had better coffee in the room and in the breakfast area"

"We had a nice room looking out over the Columbia River, which is pretty much right out the back door of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We’d stay there again."

"I was charged for a queen bed, it was a full bed. There was no complimentary shampoo available, and I forgot to bring one. I was told by Expedia that they had rollaway beds, they did not. They did not have a coffee pot in the room, you had to go to the lobby. The only good things were that the small bed was comfortable and the location of the motel was nice."

"When we arrived it was quaint. My issue was no hairdyrer which it said. There was hair on shower wall and the floor was a bit dirty. Nice area staff were nice. Will stay but probably in a larger cottage."

"A second Coffeepad would have been great. Good Stay. Room was overheated when I came. Unnessesary, I made a reservation hours before. But it cooled down quickly with open door."

"It’s a very unique old hotel dating back to 1896. The architecture has not been updated but keeps a funky charm. Reused old wood furniture, old tub with an attached shower. Pub on site. Sauna and garden to relax. A pool table and board games. Fire place in the lounge area. Victoria was awesome. Loved it and would stay there again but not like a modern hotel."

"Went to have a nice trip to Long Beach WA to some condo rentals we have stayed at before this condo was 3rd floor the room we got the back door to the deck won't lock it was of adjustment I reported to the office before going to town for a couple hours when we returned it was not repaired I went to the office to ask why she she its been reported as your on the 3rd floor not a priority I asked for tools and I was able to fix as my wife was not comfortable in a non locking room believe it or not...

"It’s definitely a 2-star motel. You get what you pay for. It wasn’t filthy, but it definitely wasn’t clean. Pros: Full-size fridge was clean and cold! Cable TV with premium channels. Courteous front desk clerk. Cons: The key card for one of our rooms only worked some of the time, and when it wasn’t working there was nobody in the office to help. One of the bedside lights did not work. The bathroom faucet was covered with gritty body wash or something when I went to turn on the shower....
