"You can really tell that the owners care about their property and their guests. They regularly walked the premises, checked on things, and made sure everything was okay. I really appreciated that because it made the property feel comfortable and safe. You can tell they genuinely take pride in the place. The refrigerator they provided was also freaking amazing! It was a great size and made it really convenient to buy my own food and keep everything in the room. Overall, my stay was good. If you're staying in one of the rooms in the 200s, just be aware that there can be some outside noise. The first night there was construction nearby, which was pretty loud and made it difficult to sleep. The second night was much better, although there were some people outside revving motorcycles and loud cars. I want to be clear that none of this was the hotel's fault. Unfortunately, outside noise like that is completely out of their control. The bed was much firmer than I personally prefer, but that's definitely a matter of personal preference. Breakfast was pretty basic and could use a little improvement, but having such a great refrigerator in the room made it easy for me to grab my own food instead. Overall, I appreciated how much effort the owners put into making the property feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. There were a few things that weren't necessarily my preference, but the owners and the care they put into the property definitely left a positive impression on me."

"Booking was a great experience, and the communication was excellent. The property provided detailed instructions for after-hours check-in, which made arriving late very easy. The gated parking was an amazing bonus and honestly one of the things that initially caught my interest. The elevators were also a nice convenience, especially since there are stairs here and there throughout the property. When we walked into the room, my first thought was, “Wow, this is really cute!” After looking around, I was even more impressed by how well-stocked the kitchen was. They had everything you could need. You really just need to bring your food. The one reason I’m taking off a star is the bathroom. The property provides large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which are refilled for guests, so I really appreciated having those amenities. However, the bathroom itself could use a little more attention. The exhaust fan had a noticeable buildup of dust, there was a small spot of mold in the corner of the shower, and the shower curtain showed signs of mold as well. The shower hooks also had significant rust, and one actually fell off during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the property. With a little extra attention to the bathroom cleaning and maintenance, this place would be even better. I would definitely consider staying here again!"
