"Clean room and nice friendly staff. The bath could use a bit of bubble bath and room could use a microwave. "

Our room had a pretty bad mattress and no response to change it. We stayed 3 nights and no resolution. The Hotel Asset is pretty good, but the staff in front desk... always in their phones,and hanging around..."

"Booked on expedia, double booked our room I had booked, TV didn't work, free breakfast is essentially false advirtisement, water pressure was awful, no coffee in the room. "
