Check in was quick and my husband and I actually arrived around 3:45pm for the 4pm check in... we're usually late, but we were still late for the 6pm event that evening. We booked the Vegas Suite because the Argosy sold out of rooms. It was very beautiful and as we made our way to the room, a maid asked if we needed anything else for our stay. We've never been asked that at any of the numerous hotel stays so we were pleasantly surprised! The entire hotel stay was very quiet and private, we look forward to coming back to the Kansas City, Missouri area yearly now!

This was an amazing place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was so nice and helpful, and the casino was AWESOME! The only thing I wish was that they had more places to eat. Other than the Gordon Ramsey Steakhouse there was only one place to eat, and they definitely need more options than that. But I do highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean. There were 4 metal brackets, on the wall, above the bed, as if something used to be there. The front desk staff were knowlegable, but i totally felt like I interrupted a conversation when I walked up. After i was handed my room key, i had to ask whete to find the elevagpr because it was our first time vising.There was no valet. for our car which was disappointing especially because it was raining.The staff at the rewards counter were great.
