Everything about this hotel is breath taking, from the moment I walked in to the lobby, pool (indoor) and room. Centeral AC and heater! If it had a full kitchen. Wouldn't be enough stars.

Room had bugs, there were buggers on the walls, bathroom was disgusting and toilet seat not attached. We were in the room less than two minutes. There was an intense odor on immediate entrance to the hotel. The staff were infact friendly and offered another room which we declined.

We had to change rooms 3 times. No hot water in first room. Next room hadn't been cleaned. Third room the heater made a terrible clunking noise and didn't blow any air. 4th room we stayed but the thermostat didn't work properly so the fan had to blow all night. The entry way smelled if weed. The lobby, pool area, and breakfast area were not heated so my kids couldn't use the pool as it was freezing. We had to wear our coats to breakfast which was just down the hall. Staff was kind as we requested a refund for the 2nd night as we were not staying another night.

From what the picture showed to what it looked like were completely different. For the price it was to stay there, the shower should have been warmer better water pressure and the beds more comfortable.

It’s an older hotel in an older area. The bed was super comfortable and soft. I wish I had known before booking that they charge a $100 incidental deposit. Most hotels only charge $25. So that was a bit ridiculous in my eyes.

Dirty Room

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and the price was decent. It was an older hotel but looked clean from the lobby to my room. My room wasn't very clean at all. There was dog food on the floor in front of the door that opened to the mini fridge. I found a half opened package of honey mustard at the head of the bed between the bed and wall and the mirrors looked like they were wiped down with oil. The bedding looked dirty (stained). The bath tub had a dirt ring around it also. I would stay there again, however, the next time I would go back to the front desk and ask for a cleaner room.

Hotel just felt old and like everything was just not quite clean. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs and potatoes were both cold, out of milk, no coffee cups. Towels were small and scratchy. Staff was friendly, but slow.

Mostly disinterested person at the desk. Most of the lobby lights are shut off so it feels like a cave. Toilet seat was broken. Worlds tiniest bar of soap. Room was clean, beds were low end of hotel comfort. Feels like they are trying to extract the last couple dollars before calling it quiet. But hey, at least you can rent your uhaul from the same counter as the check in.

I should have stuck with my first mindset and booked somewhere else. Unfortunately due to numerous events Memorial Day weekend everyone was completely booked up. The remodeled lobby looks nice and appealing, some of the staff are very friendly and Breakfast was decent. But the rooms are whole different world, stained ceiling tiles, extremely dirty vents, drink stains on the wall, trash left behind a nightstand, bathtub is old and cracked, the AC system pops and bangs for 10 minutes, like loud gunshots whenever it shuts off. There's no way this facility should be charging nearly $150.00 per night.

The property is not very clean. No one answered the front deak when we called at night 3 times. The pool was freezing and not heated. The room was ok, but not that clean and the elevator was gross. The free breakfast was large in size but not in quality. The frig that held the cream cheese was not that cold and cream cheese was soft so I tossed it. The coffee was the worst stuff I have ever had and I'm not kidding. The bed was good. If you just want a decent place to sleep for cheap its not bad. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again.
