This place was gross. My "non smoking" room smelled like a cigarette had a baby with a cigar. We had to leave early and no refund. Fair enough, they have a policy and we understood. They refused remove our reservation or let us check out and end our liability of the room. The GM was okay. Lady at the desk was rude and talked to us like we were stupid. Spend a little more to AVOID this trash heap.

I would only recommend this property if you're on a budget. The office staff was very nice and helpful. I did not like the fact that they don't clean the rooms or change the beds everyday. I had to ask for clean towels and beg for my room to be cleaned and the room had roaches. Myself personally will never stay at this location again.
The room was great. Fridge kept food cold, bed was comfortable. showers had warm water and great water pressure. The 2 ladies at the front desk were also extremely respectful.
Arrived from florida on the 4th of july to spend one night visiting my brother and his wife abd the moment we got to the place it was bad. The check in office was packed full of people. Seemed to be mismanaged terribly. The manager never wanted to come out of the office to help the two women. When we finally got to our room our keys did not work. So went back down they gave us new keys and still had trouble getting the door to unlock. Finally get in and the moment we put our luggage on the bed my daughter notices something and says mommy was is that? I look closer and its bed bugs. There was 2 on the bed, bugs on the floor and dead bugs in the air-conditioner. I immediately grabbed everyrhing put it back into the truck and asked for my money back. They then gave me issues and said we cant give you a refund we can move you to another room. I told them unless you flip the matress and inspect the room head to toe before we unpack i want the room checked for bugs. They refused to do so and then said expedia would have to refund you. I called expedia to refund my money and expedia said they have to refund the money. Expedia there tried for over an hour to get them to pick up the phone and they would not. So expedia then got higher management involved. I explained to expedia that when i was in the office checking in the phone would ring and they would not pick it up. The customer service there was aweful! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! ITS FILTHY AND GROSS AND SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!
They have everything inside that you need accept hair dryer. Two beds like they said but the smell of tobacco is very strong. I want no smoking room. They straight out lie to my face. No we cannot do nothing. No you stuck with it. Everyone was complaining. I stay for one day and the next day I got a phone call from a friend who said I don't have to stay. I threatened to leave so they offer me another room so we move in . We start packing to go down stair when we get inside we can smell urine. We checkout and left. The staff is not truthful. Everything is no. Two days now I still look horrible with my sinus infection. We supposed to stay for 3 days. We was about 2 hours late and they already gave my room to someone else but still give me the key to enter that room. Which we already paid for 3 days. We never call to cancel the room. The picture they advertise is wrong. You think you at ocean view but no you actually in motel 6 in Biloxi 15 Mile from the nearest beach.
