Location was perfect and close to almost everything. Water pressure for the showers could be a lot better especially in the accessible rooms it us to a more accessible way to use the shower without water getting all over the floor for those rooms. Overall I would recommend this place and wil definitely be back. We had an ocean Front King Accessible Room for reference

The location is my favorite! I love to people watch and it's just the right distance from the places I like to stop at on the boardwalk! The rooms could stand to be updated, but I've always found them to be clean and well kept. The parking spots in 2 of the lots are really tight, but if you park in the one the farthest away from the entrance, the spots are much wider! It's really a great hotel and the staff is always friendly!

The hotel is located on the boardwalk. Nice, clean rooms. The only problem we encountered was the extra cost once you arrive. Expedia was paid in full online but when we arrived, we were charged an extra 69$ by Park Place. They charge you for parking, taxes and fees. Was not happy that you pay online and then get charged again upon arrival.

Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. I was on the 2nd floor oceanfront on the deck. I wish I would have been up one floor, as I couldn't leave my door open because the deck was shared by everyone. Positives were the Coconut Club was right there on the deck also. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to book here. That was my only negative. I would highly recommend staying here.
