Wasn’t a bad stay! Very nice priced hotel . Our first room sheets weren’t the cleanest and we weren’t trying to be a hassle just wanted new sheets but they accommodated to us and just gave us a fresh new upgraded room which I think was so kind of them ! Very helpful when we needed ! Was a few small stains on towels here n there with not the cleanest shower . They might’ve been super busy but it’s not a bad stay! Breakfast is okay . It’s quiet tho and good distance from the boardwalk! They give a small brochure too when you get ur keys! Front desk guy was so friendly and funny! I do recommend this stay! My bf and I would stay again ! 8.5/10!

Hotel was very well kept and clean staff was very nice and helpful and friendly breakfast was a no go for me pancakes was the frozen ones most definitely was hard eggs never got refilled and sausage didn’t taste good I like the hotel convenient location only con was breakfast I end up going out for breakfast every day wish they had a pool but beach was 1 min walk so that was amazing

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Ocean City! The room was very clean, and the breakfast was a great bonus. Special thanks to Jeff at the front desk for his outstanding service and for surprising us with a room upgrade. We look forward to coming back!

We stay here often due to the location and pricing. The staff is always friendly which is a plus. However , it doesn’t seem as well kept as it used to be. Also breakfast was usually pretty good but this time around it wasn’t very good at all. There was not much to choose from. They used to have small cereal boxes and even if we got there at a decent time my son never got any. They told us they were out of them but we see a lot of other kids with 2-4 boxes each of cereal. Something like that should be controlled more so that there is enough for everyone. It’s not fair one family gets to take it all. We barely ate anything there. I’m not sure if we’ll be returning next summer. I think it’s time to find a new hotel.

I went there for a week and the breakfast was terrible we ate the same thing all week long and no varieties at all. The rooms smelled like a closed environment even with the AC. The hallways and the elevator were hot with no vent we could not feel the AC at all. Inside the room the sofa bed was so uncomfortable that we had to ask for another mattress and it was still not enough to sleep comfortably

Nice clean hotel near OC beach. we stayed in the suites that can sleep 6 people. Room size was good for 6 people. Amenities provided were adequate except we could use a coffee maker and some coffee pods in the room. Breakfast was decent but could be better. Overall a good night stay.

The property was not cleaned, the room had dust on everything and the bed felt like a roller coaster. The breakfast was HORRIBLE, my husband spent a lot of money on this room and to be disappointed. The air conditioner made noise as if it was raining outside. Also, the carpet had a weird smell as well. Just horrible experience in all. They need to refund my husband.

The room was clean. The staff was very kind and courteous. My stay was very enjoyable. My only drawback was that the hotel ran out of eggs, pancakes and yogurt for their free continental breakfast one morning. I mainly booked my stay there, so we did not have to buy breakfast at a restaurant. Other than that, the stay was fine. I would stay there again.
