"⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience. I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and unfortunately found cockroaches in the room. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel, especially considering the amount paid for the stay. I contacted the hotel regarding the situation and requested a refund, but so far they have refused to provide one. Not only was the room unacceptable, but the lack of customer service afterward made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone....
