Bathrooms were clean! Staff was responsive to needs. The room was very warm and ceiling fan never accomplished the cooling needed. Overall, it was comfortable.

Pros and Cons at Hotel Rustiko

The cons: there was no antinoise property insulation. So I heard every car and truck roaring by. The prons: Allergy free rooms due to the rooms natural surroundings of nature. The architectural design of the rooms were great. Alan, speaks very good English. So English speakers practice with him if you stay here. He was a complete gentleman and customer service employees.

It was convenient because of where I was going but it lacked a lot. No hangers no dryers no AC no heating. Rooms were cold and stuffy but was cheap. The staff was great the restaurant was awesome. They do close the doors early so I kept waking up the poor lady working the front desk. I am not sure why but I could never get a receipt of my transaction even though I must os asked for it around 6 times. So if you are traveling by yourself and just need a place to sleep this will work if you have your family and are used to all the amenities found in other hotels then you might want to reconsider

El lugar muy cómodo, instalaciones limpias, el personal muy amable, sólo que la habitación estaba muy cerca del área de lavandería y el ruido comenzó muy temprano.

El cuarto que nos tocó muy bien, amplio y limpio solo faltaría por el lugar y el clima de Oaxaca ojalá le pudieran poner Aire acondicionado ya que solo tiene ventilador de techo, en esta fechas está muy bien pero en época de calor no creo que enfríe el cuarto

Muy limpio todo, el personal muy amable. Si decoraran mejor las habitaciones le daría un toque mejor. El espejo q está adentro del closet colgarlo afuera junto a la pantalla o en la pared q esta antes de entrar al baño. Las colchas podrían ser de colores más alegres.. Al igual q las cortinas... El restaurante muy rico los meseros muy atentos.

Elegí este hotel por su ubicación cerca de nuestra actividad. Me sorprendió muy gratamente que en 1 año después de ver este hotel por primera vez, descubrí que había sido renovado. Estábamos en una habitación amplia, tranquila y muy bien reformada. Muy contento con nuestra estancia.

Property is clean and staff is very friendly. If you get hungry there is a cafe within the hotel. For the price you pay it’s not too bad. It is like a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Oaxaca. But at night there was quite a bit of noise from the guest at the cafe which made it hard to fall asleep.

La señal de Internet es interestable en la habitación. El agua caliente no siempre sale. Y se puede descansar hasta que se cierra el restaurante, porque el ruido y la musica se escucha demasiado en la habitación.

Buen servicio general y buen restaurante

El personal del hotel y restaurante es muy amable, el acceso al estacionamiento es sencillo y está dentro del propio establecimiento. El restaurante es una muy buena opción para desayunar. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cumplen con lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

Cómodo y bien ubicado p explorar Oaxaca en coche

El hotel es pequeño pero cómodo, su restaurante recién renovado está bastante bien, a nosotros la zona nos venía muy bien por temas familiares, aunque no está tan cerca del centro (en coche está bien), es un buen lugar si están pensando moverse hacia el tule, mitla y la ruta del mezcal, en la esquina está Doña Flavia uno de los restaurantes con mejores tlayudas de la ciudad. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la Habitación estaba muy húmeda, recomendaría trabajar en la ventilación o agregar tal vez un extractor general, ampliar las ventanas tal vez, porque le da poco el sol.
