Great hotel in a great area! The room was lovely and common areas (library, pool, bar) were really nice to use! Only thing is you can hear the other rooms and those in the hallway if you are sensitive to sounds. Would recommend anyone to stay! The staff were lovely

The staff really made the stay, all were genuine friendly and attentive. The room felt really special, the design details were considered and our room in particular felt somewhere cozy to retreat to from the bustle of the street. The swimming pool was being renovated which was a shame as it would have been nice to have a facility to relax with but overall we really enjoyed our time here - the stay was our favourite of our entire trip.

Excellent restaurant, kind and attentive staff, our room was beautiful (maybe two more wall hooks, please), excellent outdoor courtyards, relaxation spaces, library and upper terraces. Room very quiet, even though on a very busy loud street.

The most wonderful hotel - absolutely stunning and the staff were incredible, they really made the stay. The food in the restaurant is superb and the staff wonderful. Can’t recommend enough.

The hotel is beautiful and the hotel staff was lovely. The Front Desk was so helpful, they helped me with tour reservations and restaurants. It was pricey compared to usual MX prices, but worth it for a short trip.

Excellent boutique hotel, the fact that it only has 12 rooms makes it really exclusive and allows the staff to provide an awesome personalized experience full filing all your needs.

Great Hotel, but noisy

The hotel is beautiful, but it is located in a very busy street, and the windows don't seal all exterior sounds. If they changed the wooden windows for a sealed double pane windows they would be able to get a better seal.

So happy we chose this hotel. It’s full of character very modern but very rustic at the same time. However, be wary when selecting your room. We initially had a room on the top floor and unfortunately the traffic noise was quite loud surprisingly. We didn’t get asked to move to a patio room which was much quieter. Also ask if you’ll be close to construction Because there was construction happening but that sometimes can’t be avoided. The breakfast was decent and basic, the staff fairy friendly. And close to some great restaurants and shops.

Do not choose rooms 1-3 (or whichever are facing the courtyard). Not sure how they rent these when they have music all day and a show with a guy signing during the pms! Ok if you are not planning to take a nap or enjoy your room during the afternoon. Another example of how hotels try to maximize returns without thinking in their guests.

El hotel está bien situado. Nuestro cuarto muy pequeño, incómodo y sin ningún detalle. Parecía cuarto de hostal. Creo que asumir que por ser un hotel”boutique” los cuartos pueden tener lo mínimo, no esta bien. El precio es muy alto, para lo que se recibe.
