It was a good stay for two nights. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I loved the location so close to everything and that there was a cafe/restaurant on the premise because it made it convenient. Plus the food was great! The room was a nice standard room. Only issue I had was the wifi was a bit spotty but other than that it was a great stay!

Charming place, nice interior patio with chairs and table. Room was big enough but mattreses were pretty worned down and sheets were not cleaned or changed during our 4 days stay. There is no help desk so at moments, we didn't get the help we needed. The region can be noisy until midnight when there are festivities, the building next door had serious work done from 7 am to 9 pm and we could hear our neighbors go to the bathroom and snore...other than that, the ants didn't bother us as they stayed on the floor. The manager was very accomodating when she was on site but one night, we heard an alarm in the kitchen and nobody responded to our call to turn it off until early morning, we had to sleep with our earbuds.

Me dijeron que me ofrecia desayuno y solo me dieron un cafe, una rebanada de pan y un miniplatito de fruta, tambien dice q hay estacionamiento y solo caben 2 carros una noche mi carro se quedo afuera, no tiene concepto de hotel Pienso q podrian mejorar cambiando esos puntos y no ofreiendo alho qur no te van a dar Por lo tanto, creo que no me volvería a quedar ahi

La atención buena, los cuartos lindos aunque si los colchones un poco duros. Se encuentra bien ubicado ya que estás a unas cuadras del centro de Oaxaca. Estacionamiento cuenta con 2 lugares que previo a tu llegada puedes reservar.

Pintoresco lugar

Está en una calle paralela a la calle peatonal de la ciudad. El centro está como A 9 cuadras bastante empinadas al regresar pero así es toda la ciudad. Lugar muy seguro, limpio Incluye desayuno continental. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, el lugar es muy pintoresco y muy buena atención. Algo lejos del centro pero tiene estacionamiento aunque solo para 2 coches. Queda muy cerca de donde se lleva a cabo la Guelaguetza y puedes hacerte un café a la hora que quieras:)

Yo pagué por el desayuno en la plataforma decía completo pero en el hotel me dijeron que era continental el cual no pude consumir ya que me habían informado que se podía tomar a las 8:00 am pero abrieron cocina hasta las 10:00 am justo antes de que yo partiera del hotel, todos fueron muy amables y el lugar es precioso pero tienen grandes fallos en la administración .

Si bien la persona que nos recibio fue muy amable, la atención en el servicio deja mucho que desear... desde que llegamos el chico no sabia si se me habia hecho el cobro o como se me iba a cobrar los dias de estancia, me comento que lo iba a checar y me decia y jamas me actualizo ese estatus si no fue hasta que revise en mi aplicacion que ya se habia cobrado. La limpieza deja mucho que desear... durante mi estadia matamos una cucaracha que aparecio en el cuarto y durante los dias siguientes estuvo ahi el insecto a pesar que segun iban a limpiar el cuarto. El baño tampoco se limpio durante la estancia parecia como si solo vinieran a cambiar toallas y a tender la cama. En nuestra ultima noche nos salio un alacran debajo de las almohadas. Tampoco fue que al final hubiera alguien para dejar llaves o hablar de algun comentario o algo... nos recogio las llaves la de la limpieza y fue todo. Creo que falta trabajar un poco más en la comunicación personal con los huéspedes. El lugar esta muy bien ubicado y puede ser un muy bien lugar para llegar... solo capaciten mas al personal para resolver estas situaciones al momento que este sucediendo y no hacer sentir al huesped que esta a su suerte.
