"I had a wonderful stay. The staff were lovely and accommodating. I really loved that the toiletries weren't made from single-use plastic containers. I'd love to see more sustainable initiatives like this including with the free breakfast - there were both regular plates, cutlery, etc. and also disposable - why not just have all regular/reusable to cut down on waste? "

"The indoor pool was inviting and the two dining options without having to go anywhere was great. The nearby cinema and shops offered a convenience not seen at other hotels in the area. I would have liked a room higher up with a view of other than the roof and equipment. Room was comfortable and clean."

"The whole hotel has a very happy feel and it is very clean both inside and around the building. Some buildings are kept very untidy outside but the fact that they care about the outside around the building and the landscaping is very important. The staff was very polite and personable. In addition the Air conditioning heating units in some hotels can be very noisy. This was not the case with my room, as it was very comfortable."
