"Front desk staff was more than lack lustre and had to bring attention to them using the bell while they stood in the room we could see them in. The woman told us their 6am shuttle was booked so we’d have to take the 630am one which would have made us miss our flight so we had to get an uber. Other than that we weren’t there long enough to utilize anything."

"The room was not clean, and the bedside table was sticky. The room was next to the highway, and the noise was extremely loud, making it impossible to get a good rest. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Terrible experience."

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"The staff were good. I liked the front desk guest services and all housekeepers, maintenance and the kitchen staff. My stay we not that great due to the AC being an issue. It malfunctioned and was intermittently. They said they "fixed" it but it was still on going issue. I wanted percentage/partial refund but they were willing to give a 25 dollar voucher to commissary lol changing rooms on 3rd night wouldn't have made sense since I was leaving the next day anyways. "Good quality room, well maintained and perfect for an overnight stay ahead of, or following an early/late flight.
My only small issue was the restaurant/bar (which looks good) closes at 10, which is probably fine for most and makes good business sense.. it’s just not ideal if you actually arrive late, hungry.

"Here’s a polished version of your hotel review:
All in all, the hotel was a good experience. However, breakfast was definitely the weakest feature. The apple juice tasted more like water than apple juice, and they ran out of regular sausage and replaced it with turkey sausage that tasted horrible. They also had no bagels available for breakfast, which was surprising.
Another issue was the hair dryers. The one in our room burned out, and the replacement stopped working after only a minute of...
