"The place is clean and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of Berkeley downtown. The surrounding area is nice and one can take a convenient bus to the university. However, the hotel wing where I slept was rather dated. If you expect a shiny new hotel, this place could use some updates. It is clean but everything is quite old."

"When got to the hotel Saturday night I realized I had failed to finalized the transaction; the person at front desk was patient enough to allow us to complete the transaction before she checked us in. A huge thank you to them, I was so stressed, but they made it super easy to solve the problem."
