"Bathroom sink was clogged and smell bad. Dead bug found in the bathroom"

"I arrived and went to my room. The lights in the bathroom did not work. They changed my room. Got to the new room, tv remote did not work, no biggie I went downstairs and they put batteries in it. The AC wouldn’t work then in the middle of the night I was woke up by the thermostat making a “ticking” noise. They said they would give me a credit but have not done that. I e been told 3 times the manager would call me, they aren’t in yet, will be in soon etc. none of this has happened."

"Room was dirty, ceiling tiles were falling out, breakfast was limited, tv didn’t work after we got it working we were unable to shut it off so I just unplugged it so we could sleep. Curtains were stained, smells like mould, I will not be back. First Super 8 I’ve seen this bad."

"Hotel was great. Luv that it is walking distance from Windstar 😃"

"We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly."

"It was a nice clean room clean and good size. Mattress could use an upgrade and the water was barely warm."

"I enjoyed my stay no complaints only good service and a nice evening."

"I had a hard time at check in repeatedly. Although I was on a company trip I was forced to use my out of pocket cash to obtain a room that was already registered, then the price went up at the check in counter."

"There was mold in the bathroom of room 128. The room smelled musty. The curtains didn’t block the light from coming in. I had a terrible night’s sleep here."

"Had an absolutely amazing time with my daughter. We left in Tuesday night instead of Wednesday do to the passing of a loved one. The staff was absolutely amazing and had such care towards me. I hope to come back one day and get the full experience. Thank you guys"

"Room was spacious and beautiful! Loved the grounds! Breakfast was delicious!"

"Our TV remote would not change the channels"

"I called the number on the drawer letting me know that that was the office because no one was there. When they answered the phone. They seem annoyed and asked me if I even had a reservation. And finally unlocked the door to a Small and uncomfortable office. That should have been my cue to leave. The room smelt bad when I walked in it and had no air running so it was over 80°. It was filthy."
