"Good location, clean. Breakfast minimal and quite expensive"

"We always have a wonderful time here,"

It had a balcony which was great for watching the sunsets. We enjoyed the cookies in the mid afternoon (except when someone took all the cookies :() and enjoyed the roaring fire when we got back from a cold evening. "Quiet and charming B&B. The rooms are great, staff is nice and owners and their dog are great! Walking distance to the Main Street with coffee, restaurants and shops. We stayed a few days with a quick day trip to Martha’s (which we walked to the ferry)"

"The lightkeepers in was perfect. Would definitely go back"

"Run down no viable parking."

"The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good."

"Staff on the phone and across the street very helpful with keys and codes and instructions. Well organized, easy access to town, good parking. A little noisy in the room from other rooms and the hallway."

"Wonderful location! Janet and all of the staff were delightful. Highly recommend."

"We loved our stay!! The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved the unique atmosphere and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Loved the heated saltwater pool. Was disappointed there was not comfortable sitting in the room, esp on a rainy day or not feeling well, and watching a movie. Was surprised no elevator and we were on the third floor. The “grab and go” breakfast option was no more than a few pastries. That was disappointing. For early departure to catch ferry at 0530, no coffee was available."
