"We had rented the room with 3 queen beds. The room was nice, except we had ants on the 9th floor. On the second day the ants were worse so I went to the front desk and they immediately moved us to the 14th floor. When I went to the room to check before we started moving in, I opened up the sofa bed, the 3rd queen bed in the room, and there was a note under the cushion saying do not open the bed, ask for a rollaway bed. Well I didn’t spend $5k to have someone sleeping on a rollaway bed, so back...

"Room bathroom smelled of a not clean toilet with bidet. Never had enough towels, hand towels, washcloths for everyone in the room. Constantly had to find towels. Room was always about to be cleaned or almost going to be cleaned when we needed the room. I knew about the resort and parking fees, but what a joke! You already have an enormous bill of staying there, but to be slammed with a $120 per day additional charge!!!! And, don’t plan on eating at hotel….. $30-40 for basic hamburger or chicken...

"The room was very nice and spacious we stayed at the rainbow tower. However, the elevator system was a huge disappointment there was only 5 working elevator for all 30+ floors it definitely took some time to get to our floor due to the high volume of use."
