"Myself & my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately the photos on the website do not represent the actual rooms that you get. For some reason, the lovely tiled floors in the photos have since been replaced with a dark red, dirty carpet which instantly makes the room feel unclean. The shower head did not prop up. On arrival the toilet seat had dried up urine all over it. The red carpet had dead flies & many black hairs on it. There was often a very strange loud mystery noise that vibrated...

"Staff were amazing!! All glove service. Food was excellent. Rooms spacious and big. We were lucky enough to get attic room which was huge. Rooms were quite cold, but heating is available..Ask for an extra blanket"
