Experience on stilts rooms

Rooms are not soundproof at all. The restaurant is average. Staff are very nice and helpfull. The outside is very nice and old english style. Rooms are well furnished with enough equipment.

This hotel was just average. The grounds and gardens around the hotel were beautiful and well maintained, but they can do a better job with the interior. The sheets had tears in them and the towels looked very worn. We were also informed that the wifi would not be working during our stay. All the rooms are located in one building, the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and doors closing. Staff was wonderful!

Lantligt hotell

Lugnt hotell utanför stan. Vacker omgivning, men man var beroende av transport. Stort men kallt rum, då det var kallt o regnigt. Bra restaurang på hotellet.

Good health with good amenities but far from city

The hotel is clean and tidy, the manager helpful. We had a tough time checking in because the room was not ready when we arrived but the manager did his best to help us. There is a beautiful play area where there are many board games, steam bath and billiards. A good hotel overall. Downside it is too far from the main city.

Excellent staff

The hotel staff was top notch. Cleanliness and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a huge selection. Our only complaint wasthe shower, the drain was outside the shower door and the bathroom got so very soaked thus the humidity was high in the room.

昨年１２月にオープンした真新しいホテル。設備はすべて新品で高級感あり。ヌワラエリアの中心から離れた（徒歩２０分）丘の上に立つ。朝は鳥のさえずりが聞こえる自然環境。近くの人造湖にはレジャー施設もある。庭の草花もまだ植えたばかり。スタッフも研修中。これから、もっと良くなる可能性のホテル。

As we checked in we were welcomed by the hotel Manager. The restaurant staff was very accommodative and obliged us with our special requests! We will highly recommend this hotel if anyone is planning to stay in Nuwara Eliya. NO negative comments at all. Room and the bathroom were very very clean! Well maintained property and best value for your money!
