"Breakfast was very nice, staff were polite, helpful and considerate. Rooms were clean and comfortable! (Bathroom extractor fans is a must so smell is not taken into the bedroom areas). We as a family enjoyed every single bit of the hotel. And took advantage of everything that was included for us. Anything we had to pay for was not too expensive as well, the staff made everything run smoothly. The hotel smells nice and in all rooms they have a fantastic smells of free shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash and hand wash. (I wish they could sell it! I would buy it! ) The ONLY the thing that brings the hotel down is not having an outdoor pool. And this part of where Divan Hotel is in Mersin it doesn’t have a beach. You have to drive at least 1/2 hour to get to a nice beach. Anything close is dirty and smells like sewing water. So the council really does need to sort it out. BUT has nothing to do with the hotel. Thank you Divan Hotel (I really will come again to relax.) "

"Pleasantly surprised by my stay here. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Tasty breakfast in the mornings. Tea on site all day. All for a very affordable price. Can't beat it. "

"The property doesn’t communicate with the SPA staff. It would be nice if the front desk is aware of the SPA rules to inform the guests when they check in instead of one gets surprised by rules which require additional purchase. In addition, to the SPA staff are selective to who they want to enforce the rules to & who to ignore."

"I stayed at Burhanoglu Konağı for two nights. The hotel is in an excellent location with everything within walking distance. There is a supermarket next door which is handy. You can get a Havamas Shuttle from the airport to cleopatra gate & the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from there which is very easy. There is a nice courtyard where you can relax & eat breakfast etc. Breakfast is bread, cheese, salad, fruit & a wide array of spreads, jams & cakes. There are fruit juices to choose from & tea & coffee. There is free tea/coffee & hot and cold water available at anytime. The room is nice & very unique with its stone walls. There are ample plug chargers, a tv, the WiFi is good. Air con & a fridge with water in when you arrive which is a nice touch. We had one master bedroom & a large second bedroom. The bathroom is nice with a good shower, toilet & sink with toiletries provided. Staff are very friendly & helpful. A wonderful stay."
