"Had a great stay with the family. All the staff members were so friendly and welcoming. The service was 10/10 and made the stay even better. The junior suite we booked was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The buggy service was great to get around the hotel. The grounds were immaculate and was nice to stroll around. The kids club was probably the best one we’ve experienced. The staff members there seemed to genuinely care about the kids and made them feel special. I would defo visit this hotel again simply for the service "

"Sofitel Nusa Dua is really great. The facilities, the ambience, the cleanliness are really top. But, most importantly, the staffs are really nice and welcoming. The only downside is that they fold the beach bench by 8 PM. Sometimes I like to sit and walk by the beach at night. However, overall, great experience with the Sofitel Nusa Dua"
