We had such a great time! The staff were all lovely and helpful (especially the coffee ladies at Grand Cafe and the young bloke Adaty? at Jukung Grill). All the food was great. Lazy River was a lot of fun. Themed dinners were great (especially the cabaret dancers). Room service team were awesome (Fery’s towel dog was so cute - we were missing our puppy and it made our day!) - highly recommend

Sehr schönes Hotel!!! Toller sauberer Strand mit vielen Liegen und saubere große Auswahl an Pools. Bei den vielen Restaurants in der Anlage war für jeden Abend was neues dabei. Das Frühstücksbuffet war so groß, dass wir manche Bereiche erst nach und nach gesehen haben. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Einziges Minus ist hier, dass es keine richtige Abgrenzung, wie eine schließbare Tür, zwischen Bad und Schlafbereich gibt, sodass man jedes Geräusch im Schlafzimmer hört. Aber selbst das würde mich nicht abhalten es weiterzuempfehlen

This was our second visit to this hotel. Last visit was 13 years ago. They have pushed to a family style over couples which was not to our liking. Overall it was a good stay but our last was outstanding. We had a couple of issues that the staff tried to make amends. We did a vow renewal with Charissa which was outstanding. She made this a very special event.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ We had an excellent stay at the Grand Mirage Resort in Nusa Dua. The resort is beautiful, well maintained and in a fantastic beachfront location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the pools and facilities were excellent, and there was a great selection of food and drinks. The atmosphere was relaxing while still having plenty to do, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy Bali. Overall, a fantastic resort with great service and facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Food was lovely, however quite expensive compared to other resorts. Rooms were clean, and surrounding facilities also very clean. Could do a bigger pool bar, and more staff on the front desk.

Our stay at the Grand Mirage Resort Bali was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with true Balinese hospitality and warmth. The resort itself is stunning, featuring incredible amenities, a beautiful beachfront, and a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere that made our holiday truly special. A special shout-out must go to Kevin at the front office. Kevin was extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. He made our check-in seamless, answered all our questions with a genuine smile, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Outstanding service like his really sets Grand Mirage apart! Every detail of our stay was handled with care, from the lovely accommodations to the great dining and pool facilities. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway in Bali and will definitely be back. High recommendations for anyone looking for a memorable holiday!

Property was good lots to do for kids. But not much going on at night , beach side of hotel not great once past our hotel it was not very nice to walk on beach lots of rubbish on beaches. Not the best part of NusaDua.

all the beach and pool beds were taken by 9 am, couldnt find a place to lay down and had to leave the resort, the breakfast was not good and the service was really bad, the coffee was terrible and often never arrived

Our family of five—three adults and two children—had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mirage. Amazing beautifully well-kept grounds and an incredibly friendly staff who treated us like family from day one. We chose this resort over our usual go too due to the pool setup reviews- which turned out was not a major highlight for us as advertised. It was spread out all over the large grounds. Whilst the kids enjoyed the waterslide, the area would be a much bigger drawcard if the slide were larger or if management added another one. Best things- the staff, breakfast and convenience of everything close by. So easy! Grounds were immaculate. Shops and supermarkets just over the road. The biggest letdowns were the sketchy, unreliable internet and the lack of smart TVs in the room. After a long, exhausting day out and about exploring with children, it was frustrating to deal with a weak Wi-Fi connection and no way to stream a movie or show to help the kids settle down for the night.
