"Room was clean. Compact room but best part of the hotel is the location. Next to the market square, town hall and church. Many restaurants within walking distance."

"Staff member at initial reception was very unfriendly and came across as lacking in hospitality training. The room however was very good. Clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Parking was safe and easy under the hotel with lift to room. Cost was €18. Restaurant was not open for evening meal. Would recommend Tucker-Brau a short walk away. "

"It's a great hotel, well located adjacent to old town and next to train station. The only negative, if you book thru expedia, the chain seems to be offended vs booking on their site. Expedia booking seems to lead to lower end rooms and never upgrades. Otherwise everything with the hotel is super."

"The Registration desk hyped the breakfast (at 28 euros each), so I went for it. Absolutely awful. Asked for eggs over easy; they eventually were served to me hard and cold. Asked for orange juice. Never got it. Asked for sausage. Never got it. Had to chase server down to get anything. The room was fine; but the restaurant and breakfast are very poor. I complained to the front desk; they said that was too bad, and charged me full price. I will never stay there again, and I urge others to avoid it."

"Stayed here for the interzoo 2026 exhibition, great hotel, great service, great staff very helpful and informative, room was ready before we even checked in, clean and good size rooms, taxi services was provided, late checkout was available. Throughly enjoyed my stay great for business."
