As a tourist, good place to stay. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is varied, the main attractions are within walking distance. The room facing the courtyard is very quiet. The whole week went well.

Nice centrally located hotel - Recommended

Straight-forward check-in and comfortable stay. Road at the front of the hotel is busy so if you are a light sleeper I would maybe suggest asking for a court-yard room. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Food and drink options were both very good in terms of choice, quality and cost. Centrally located so easy to navigate Astana from the hotel. Overall I would recommend of you are staying in Astana.

Rather average hotel - not horrible and not great. One the positive side: big rooms, cleanliness and perfect location in the city centre. On the negative side: breakfast, noise from outside and frozen pizza in their restaurant.

Central location!

Very central location and in walking distance of many sightseeing options. The hotel is old and could use an update, but is it good and clean. The breakfast is good, but the room is very small and sometimes there are no tables left. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider this hotel if I visit Astana again
