"We had a nice stay at the Ramada. In particular, the receptionist, Tatev, was extremely helpful. Every time we needed something, she went above and beyond to assist us. One situation that occurred during our stay was a fire alarm. I had to take the stairs from the 14th floor all the way down. When we reached the lobby, we were informed that it was a false alarm. I would suggest being more careful next time. I also want to mention that some of the cafeteria staff were laughing at us when we came...
