"My parents stayed there. They like it."

"Very convenient, easy access by car. Excellent customer service."

"It was an amazing experience"

"Everybody has problems with opening of the room door. Sometimes it worked and most of time we had to ask for help. The location was far from tourist attraction with lots of traffic and wate of time."

"Staff are very friendly"

"Clean , breakfast"

"👍"

"The junior suite was beautiful but once we stepped on to the balcony hoping to see city view as described in the website photo and info, there was this huge under construction building next to it. This info should be updated on the web"

"I rate the Paris hotel at 1,000 points. The friendly team is very good service."

"Great location and with excellent sentiment these and nearby local restaurants."

"Outdoor seating areas, private and communal. Beautiful view of Mt Ararat is, alone, worth staying here. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is lovely. Rooms are on the 14th and 15th floors of the 15 story building, with elevator and exterior, (nice, cute) winding iron stair between floors from the breakfast room extensive outdoor patio, to the 14th floor outdoor area. Rooms also on the 2nd floor. Three stairs to get to the lobby with a makeshift steep ramp, too steep to wheel luggage."

"The staff were very mixed, some were helpful and very friendly, while others were near hostile and unwilling to help at all. The bar tenders were nice and funny, the spa staff, especially masseuse Rosie, were lovely. The doormen were great. The carpeted floors were stained, but there wasn't a smell in the rooms or hallways. The cleaning service was odd, as they forgot to give me new towels after removing the used ones a couple of times and didn't replace the toilet paper or shampoo when needed....
