แพ็คเกจท่องเที่ยวมณฑล Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki

The hotel has a nice location, but the rooms are small, the beds are unclean, the smell isn't good, and the staff are rude and inexperienced.

Inside the room is very luxury, well-equipped like being home and good service from Rafal but only one thing bad is no elevator that's very hard to carry all luggages upstair. No breakfast anyway.

We were left outside at the address with no information whatsoever about how to access the flat. Moreover, the number given at the booking summary was not correct. Finally, managed to contact them and were given details of a different flat at a different address with lower quality and cheaper price overall (after checking in Hotels.com for the average price). Really disappointed about the service.

The apartment was nice and so was the city view. But it was quite noisy during both daytime and nighttime but I think we should expect that considering the location and all.
