Piscina nao funciona e estava sem agua quente!

Reservei o Hotel pois tem a referencia de ter piscina, como me hospedaria nos primeiros dias de janeiro, meu compromisso profissional terminaria as 16h, optei pelo hotel por ter piscina. Quando cheguei ao mesmo e perguntei, me informaram que a piscina estava em manutenção sem possibilidades de uso. Sendo que, não consta nenhuma informação no site. Ao chegar, a agua quente no chuveiro nao funcionava, como ja tinha compromisso solicitei na recepção a troca de apartamento, mesmo com o hotel vazio não viabilizaram, entao pedi que fosse arrumado ate o meu retorno . Ao retornar, nada havia sido feito, pois acabou o turno da pessoa da recepção e ele não solicitou nenhum reparo. O recepcionista da noite que acabou nos trocando de apartamento, para resolver o problema.

O hotel é muito bom e limpo, não demos sorte e pegamos um quarto com a cama desconfortável. O colchão parecia muito velho e tinha um calombo no meio da cama. Os blackouts estavam furados, talvez por traça ou cupim.

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor

O atendimento no hotel foi muito bom, em todos os setores. O hotel tem um bom espaço interno, o quarto é bem grande, área do café bem ampla. Tive problema com a TV , não tem nenhum canal aberto (acesso direto). O Wi-Fi é bem fraco. Esperava mais do café da manhã, não tem nenhuma informação que poderia pedir um omelete, tapioca, ovos... Sugestão: colocar um cartão nas mesas informando que podemos pedir algo desse tipo ao atendente.

Muito bom!

Hotel muito bom, quarto onde me hospedei era bem grande é confortável. As instalações gerais são boas tbem. Café da manhã bom. O hotel não é considerado pet friendly mas eu me hospedei com minha cachorrinha, paguei apenas uma taxa extra.

Um dos melhores hotéis no qual já me hospedei. Além das instalações novas e modernas, fica muito bem-localizado por estar ao lado da FENAC e próximo à estação de trem FENAC e a Rodoviária de Novo Hamburgo. Uma ótima opção para quem vai participar de evento na FENAC, como foi o meu caso. Saí de Macaé/RJ para Novo Hamburgo para participar da Expoclassic e o Locanda Hotel foi componente primordial para a logística da minha viagem. A equipe do hotel é bem-treinada e bastante solícita, prontos para ajudar com cordialidade. Pretendo participar novamente de outras edições da Expoclassic e com certeza o Locanda Hotel será minha primeira opção de estada em Novo Hamburgo.
