Centrally located great apartment -very good value

A wonderful clean apartment where nothing is missing. A quiet apartment (good sleep) in a central place within walking distance to old city center; with safe parking. Price of this 5-star character apartment is very moderate; and communication with owners very smooth and professional. Can only be highly recommended.

Modern, clean, comfortable apartment. Appreciated the washing machine and the elevator to get to the 3rd floor. Several restaurants and bakeries in the area and walkable to city center. Would've been nice to have the shower head mounted instead of having to hold it.

Very clean and usefull apartment. - With 2 bedrooms wosh is perfect friends travelong together. Any problems or items missing. Thw host fixed it the same day

The place was great. The manger immediately upgraded us, at no extra cost, from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom which was greatly appreciated as we were traveling with two of our children. The apartment was very clean and the remodeling was new and well done. The only negative was that the fuse to the bathroom would trip off regularly when the electric water heater turned on. The manager was going to have that fixed after we left. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

Went for a night in Novi Sad in Arena Big Luxury Apartment and we loved our stay there! The owner was really polite and easy to reach by phone + speaks also in English, organizing the check in was easy and smooth by phone, the apartment is gorgeous, built just before the pandemic and was luxurious. The owner also prepared a package with suggestions where to eat, etc. There is a parking included and the apartment is well located in the city. Strongly recommend! :)

Better than the Ritz (verified stay in last 2 wks)

Much better than other rental apartments or hotels in Serbia or Turkey. Even much better than 4-star places in the capital Belgrade. I can compare it to the Ritz Carlton in Istanbul (verified stay). Where do i start 1) free covered parking (win), 2) super-fast internet (win), 3) cleanliness (even), 4) location (win), 5) deep-soak bathtub and spa (even) - the spa was closed at The Ritz so you lose nothing. Overall this has been a great place for digital nomads like us because we could work, get food in less than 5 minutes walk, and stay in luxury for a fraction of the price at same-star level hotels. I will come back again as Bojan and Goran were TOP HOSTS!!!

Erg mooi appartement. Communicatie ging wat moeizaam, maar is goedgekomen. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. De boiler had een raar ‘plingeltje’, maar dat is doorgegeven.
