"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Perfect location for myself who was visiting Prague for 3 nights as someone that wanted a peaceful stay but close to old town. Staff were really helpful, girls at the restaurant, breakfast time and dinner time , especially were very polite and helpful. There was building work in the atrium but as the reception kindly gave me a room higher up this did not bother me. The only criticism I have is there was two different egg stations making omelettes, neither was vegetarian. Ham was being put in...

"Die Zimmer waren sauber und entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten die etwas höhere Zimmerkategorie gebucht. Neben den besseren Zimmern zum Hinterhof war Nachmittags auch ein Snack enthalten. Das war super. Kurze Wege zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr haben den Besuch deutlich vereinfacht. Negativ waren die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage. Die Parkplätze waren eng, nur wenige vorhanden und extrem teuer mit 35 Euro die Nacht."

"Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nahezu perfekt. Man konnte in ca. 15 Minuten von der Autobahn zum Hotel fahren ohne dass man durch die ganze Stadt fahren musste. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir sind 3 Tage für umgerechnet ca. 15 € mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren. Zur Burg läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, man kann aber auch 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kosten 400 Kronen pro Tag. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war...
