"Although the room is small and the bedding is not very comfortable, I enjoyed the availability of complimentary coffee and water. Small items but I felt like the hotel is not trying to make me pay for everything. I stayed for a week at a top hotel is Vitoria and I didn’t feel at home."

"Very basic hotel with very simple room. Blankets only upon requests. Clean towels were not available until later on the day. Only amenities were cheap soap at the bathroom. Extremely basic breakfast!"
