"Room upgrade very good "

"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. Been to many different hotel around the world, this is the worse."

"We arrived early and staff went above and beyond to help us, allowing us to check-in early which was much appreciated. They’d even left a card and complimentary gift drink voucher in the room as they knew we were celebrating a birthday. Thankyou!"

"It was an excellent stay. Gemma at the front desk was so bubbly and sweet. Very friendly and got our trip off to a great start. Room was spacious and clean, Food at the restaurant was great. Time between starter, main, pudding was perfect. Quality of food was great. Drinks were also great. I forget the name of the gentleman who was our server but he was delightful. Making lighthearted jokes and just being very helpful. We had a great stay"

"Generally not good value for money. Room was ok size, bed was a small double bed, bathroom was dated with a poor shower pressure. Hotel is well situated so probably the reason it was so expensive, but wouldn't recommend, much better options for city centre hotels."
