"It was an excellent stay. Gemma at the front desk was so bubbly and sweet. Very friendly and got our trip off to a great start. Room was spacious and clean, Food at the restaurant was great. Time between starter, main, pudding was perfect. Quality of food was great. Drinks were also great. I forget the name of the gentleman who was our server but he was delightful. Making lighthearted jokes and just being very helpful. We had a great stay"

"Generally not good value for money. Room was ok size, bed was a small double bed, bathroom was dated with a poor shower pressure. Hotel is well situated so probably the reason it was so expensive, but wouldn't recommend, much better options for city centre hotels."
