"The hotel offered a comfortable night and excellent breakfast for a business visit. The pool and spa area were also very welcome in the morning. Staff were also friendly and helpful."

"Breakfast was ok but poor quality ingredients. We had a terrible dining experience. Starter ok - We waited one hour for our mains. My salmon served on a bed of rice was so dried out it was inedible. Looked like it had been left under the heat lamp for ages. Crispy and very dry. You could lift the whole dish up in one go - horrible. My partners cod loin wasnt any better and his veg was actually black and burnt. Amazed they actually served it to us. Four of the desert items were off the menu and...

"Good Front desk were warm, helpful and polite. (Otherwise 1 star) Bad Feels like a 2 or 3 star hotel - not Hilton standard - not worth the price. Small rooms - decor very dated. Upon entering the room...smells of smoke. Tea bags, bottled water and bathroom tissue box not replenished by housekeeping the next day. When requested for on the phone to front desk, no one came in the end. No face towels. Worst of all is the shower drainage - clogged .. yuck."

"Sadly the friendliness and helpful nature of the staff cannot excuse some of the basic fundamental issues that I have experienced over the last few stays at this hotel. I decided to stay here as I am a keen swimmer and the facilities here are great in that regard. "Overall the stay was excellent the hosts were amazing and flexible suggesting places to eat for dinner nearby. The breakfast was delicious. The room was to a high standard and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Only two reasons it didn’t get a 5 star. The road into the hotel is a dirt track and we had heavy rain and the potholes or rather gorges were filled with water and impossible to see how deep. You had to drive under 5 mph to try to retain the floor of your car. The second was...
