"A handy spot in the center of town. Only discrepancy was a bunch of takeaway bags behind the door the cleaners missed, however it was no problem for me to put in the bin. Lovely rooms, comfy beds and bathroom was great. Staff were lovely and able to give a friendly chat and directions to the room."

"Everything was fine and as expected When we arrived the receptionists said breakfast was included - I queried as was certain we had booked without. BUT I was told breakfast was included. Lo and behold when we went down for breakfast, we were not booked in… this was annoying given the assurances we were given at check in!"

"Big spacious rooms with enough room for a family of 4 in a room with 3 beds. Very clean and tidy and updated hotel. Bar on site was excellent, food was great...can get busy so book a table if you can."

"ที่พักดี สะอาด สะดวกสบาย แต่เดินไกลจากที่พักไปป้ายรถเมล์"

"Room was clean. Bit noisy being on the front of the building nearest the road."

"Na"

"Situated in a great location in Nottingham city centre the room was nice but did find a few very minor stains on the table, shower could have been stronger with the water pressure also I did message them on Exedia on the day but unfortunately didn't get a reply back but did get a quick response when I rang many thanks other than that a very good stay would definitely will come back"

"The only good thing about the property was the location. The room was clean, but very uncomfortable with low beds, no remote for the TV , a broken chair, and the slow stream of shower water was far too hot. There were none of the luxuries advertised, nor was the basement set up to eat/drink as advertised. Common areas were not clean or well maintained. The owners are clearly trying to sell the property."

"Lovely staff delicious breakfast and great stay. Nothing to fault - great hotel in a superb location for a weekend away."

"Great little base in a good location and the host was really accommodating with my technology issues !"

"Very clean and large rooms"

"For what I paid, my room was disappointingly small. I couldn’t easily move around the bed without bashing my legs. It was comfortable enough for a night but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for longer. City centre location so handy as a base."
