ArrivĂ©s Ă  19h30 avec un bĂ©bĂ© de 1 an, partis depuis 7h du matin de Marseille on est arrivĂ© Ă  l’accueil pour un appartement de 3 chambres. Et lĂ  on nous dit qu’il n’y a pas d’appartement rĂ©servĂ© pour nous alors qu’un montant de 711, euros a dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© prĂ©levĂ© sur mon compte. On s’est retrouvĂ© dehors Ă  Nottingham dans une ville qu’on ne connaissait pas sans hĂ©bergement. Ce n’est pas de la faute de cet Ă©tablissement mais bien de Expedia!!! Et depuis j’attend squ’on me rembourse!!!! Je ne peux faire confiance a Expedia. J’attends toujours le remboursement d’une prestation que je n’ai pas eue. C’est un litige commercial. Le personnel a Ă©tĂ© gentil de nous indiquer un autre hĂŽtel pour une nuit. Celui ci nous a d’ailleurs trouvĂ© un autre hĂ©bergement pour les 5 nuits suivantes. Je suis en colĂšre contre Expedia!!!
