6/10 Okay

"A comfortable and very clean room. However, the room looked out on to the roof of Norwich FC and the noise of fans blasting away 24/7 was horrible. Found to difficult to sleep with the continual whirring sound. Staff were quite helpful but a bit slow, lacked training. (Except for the cleaning brigade - they were really efficient.) Breakfast was fine. The bar had run out of both Spanish wines listed. Stayed three nights but not sure that I'd go back."

"The motion light for getting to the ground floor rooms was slow to come on, and a couple of times I stumbled to get to the room. Maybe the addition of a 'night light' in that stretch of hallway? Thank you to the staff member who discovered the I had left my wallet behind, and held it in after. I was still jet-lagged, and very traumatized about it, missed a prepaid train journey...but everything turned out ok in the end."
