"We’ve stayed at the Maids Head several times. It’s a great hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always great - lots of gluten free options. Gluten free toast is always provided. Choice of GF cereals, cooked breakfast was all clearly marked and our server was aware of which items were gf. Room was lovely and clean. There was a wedding there on our last stay, and the bar ran out of wine and the barman was not having a great time - he was clearly under pressure and not in the best mood. It...

"Really lovely house with tasteful decoration and furnishing. booked a Classic king room , which was confortable and ample for the few nights we stayed. No air con , but not sure if other rooms may have this as an upgrade? But staff very helpful and delivered plug in vans to help as it was very hot , especially over night. "
