"Huge stain on couch. Pull out bed is AWFUL. You can feel the springs through the “mattress”. Pool was closed for entire stay due to maintenance issues. No hot tub despite pictures advertising one. The breakfast is great! Big buffet. Bathroom was clean. "

"Got into the room for heat it had a space heater. No towels, soap and etc.the bed sheets and top cover didnt fit the bed way to small. 1 pillow very thin. Got ùp next morning had a dead rat at my door. And there was trash all up"
