The staff was incredibly helpful. A colleague left his headphones in the room, and they had them delivered to us in Phnom Penh within two days and at no charge. "The room we booked was not available so they downgraded us. The room we ended up with was clran, had a balcony and was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite and the service was wonderful. The staff compensated the downgrade with a dinner and masssge. The pool and grounds were immaculatel and it was a litle oasis."
