"The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly when we checked in. The thermostat in our room did not work, our room was very hot and uncomfortable to try to sleep in (we checked in late). We were given a little table fan. When the staff member came to give us the fan he realized our room was very hot. Eventually we were given a new room. We were given a cart for our things and asked to hand over our keys and told if we forgot anything we wouldn't be able to come back and grab them. My husband and I had two sleeping children to load up, along with two older children and all our belongings. The staff member did not offer to help push the luggage cart, he did not hold open doors for us. He just continuously asked for our room keys back. You are also only given two breakfast vouchers and the rest of your party is charged $20 for their breakfast. "
