"Staff were accommodating and professional. Clean property and wonderful breakfast. Proximity to shopping and restaurants and to the university was wonderful. Highly recommend."

"Very nice room. Very clean hotel."

"Good location. Close to air force academy, restaurants, movie theater."

"Would’ve given 5 stars but the check-in was delayed. I understand they were understaffed with a full hotel, but the lady checking us in said they’d call our names when our rooms were ready while we waited in the lobby. Soon, others were checking in and got their rooms. At 3:40 (40 minutes after our check-in time) I went to the front desk and asked if our room was ready. Come to find out our room was already ready but no one let us know. Everything else was good. Our room was clean except for a...

"On our return visit here the Assistant General Manager, helped me bring our luggage to the room. He was very gracious and welcoming. He remembered our previous problems with the ADA roll in shower and automatically brought extra towels. He refused any tip and said “Thank you for your service.”🙂 On October 5th the desk clerk took my information and printed our boarding passes from her printer when the business center printer was being difficult. And the desk attendant on October 6th at the butt...

"My room was modern, clean and well equipped. However, the TV remote was next to useless and the bathtub drain plug would not stay up to enable the tub to drain by itself. As a result, I was standing in about 5" of water by the time I finished my shower and I had to manually hold the plug up to drain the water. Also, the AC unit kept cooling to the point of being uncomfortable in spite of setting the thermostat to 77 degrees. I had to turn the AC off to avoid frostbite."

"I liked the decor in the room…especially the bathroom. The room did show a little wear and tear, but nothing horrible. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I’d stay there again."

"Excellent séjour. Très bien situé à Colorado springs. Belle piscine. Chambre propre. Buffet déjeuner. Personnel serviable mis à part la préposée au déjeuner la fin de semaine qui n’est pas à la hauteur de ses collègues de la semaine!"

"Main elevator by front desk was a little sketchy. Other elevators worked totally fine. Snacks for happy hour were very basic."

"Overall stay was great, they could improve on the pillows. However my biggest complaint is they need to improve on maintain customers animals who stay there. Not let them around the breakfast area or lobby. I was eating my breakfast and a random dog came to my table. Hotel staff directed them to get there dog, only for her to pickup the dog in her arms and walked through the line beside the food. Gross"

"The TV and the heating and cooling system did not work. Staff was friendly, but nothing was done."

"Good solid value for my money. Clean rooms,Courteous staff, good breakfast, conveniently located near a ton of restaurants and attractions. Safe and no problems with anything. Thank you Best Western staff. Oh and helpful as guides"

"Nice price and good location. Very noisy and difficult to get breakfast. It was tight and folks were grabbing and reaching. We just ate in our room. Lobby was pretty dirty at check in and check out. Pool was clean but very cold and we missed having a hot tub. Rooms were loud and folks with doors open and shoutinf across the hall. We probably wouldn't stay here if we came through the area again."
