"Room was really clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable, they leave some slippers in the room that are very helpful at your arrival; the breakfast was very good and the drinks at the bar were also very good.
The staff were very attentive and friendly, the valet parking guys were kind and fast to bring the car. The reception area of the hotel was clean and smell pleasant also the elevator smells great. The towels in the room were very clean amd smell great. I love this hotel and I hope they...

"I had an issue with my stay due to Expedia booking the wrong type of room for me at this hotel. I requested a suite with 2 queen beds and received a suite with a king sized bed. Not enough room for me and my family. Next time I will book directly with the hotel. The hotel itself is ok. Our room faced the highway and there was a lot of noise unfortunately. "

"The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no cups in the room for coffee, yet there was a coffee machine and lids for cups. I called down to the front desk and was told they don't supply cups in the room and if I wanted a cup I had to go down to the coffee bar to get one. My tv didn't work in my room. It had sound but no picture. The girl at the front said she was the only one on staff and couldn't leave the front desk so there was nothing she could do to help. I did...

"During this visit, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Maintenance fixed it more than once, but the issue kept coming back. I’ve always considered this hotel a good place to stay, which made this experience disappointing.
I checked out a day early. What disappointed me most was that despite the inconvenience, the hotel didn’t offer any partial refund or compensation. Problems happen, but customer service and making things right should be a priority."

"We stayed one night at this property after attending a concert in Maryland and called ahead to arrange a late check-in. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated after such a long evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept great. At checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a to-go bag that included water and a bagel for the road. Overall, this was a great place to stay!"

"We booked a long bed, but they didn’t have any and changed us to 2 queens although they didn’t give us drinks and breakfast. Lots of school children for dc trip and was very crowded walking through the halls at certain points, luckily they were quiet at night. Pool hours were really bad (only open 5-9pm Monday - Thursday) and the hot tub was out of order. Staff was friendly."
