"The heating had been switched to AC so there was no heat in the building. The temperature was in the 30s everynight. The front desk gave me a small space heater but it would not heat up the room at all. Too cold to take a shower and getting dressed was hard. You can see daylight thru the front door and patio door. The staff was attentive and as hepful as they could be but had to rent for an extra night and would have been nice to receive a discount due to freeze warning and no heat. Parking was easy, conveniently located to everything. Room was dark and dated. Not in a historical way but in a cheap way. Would not stay again. Pizza was good and staff was friendly"

"The room we got was really nice and felt homey, but there was no hot or warm water. It was just a bit warmer than freezing cold. They switched our room to another room that felt less maintained, but that room only had freezing cold water. We stayed in the first room in the end and took cold showers because it was late and we needed to be on the road early the following morning. They let us know they had a plumbing issue the week before and thought it had been fixed but it turns out most of the rooms didn’t have hot water. Aside from that, the parking, the staff and the stay was great and I would consider staying here again, given they have hot water 😂"

"Very nice offseason stay. Parking is convenient. Location is perfect for the plaza. Staff is wonderful! Hotel is undergoing some renovations but it did not affect me stay. There is a lovely French bakery attached to the hotel. Highly recommend!"

"Close to ABQ airport. Did not use amenities because the lobby's alarm was malfunctioning. It was loud and had been reported when I checked in. It was still on when I checked out. The alarm is a health hazard to your staff."

"Absolutely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Affordable and filled with family friendly amenities and surprises. The staff escorted us throughout the hotel and gave us the grand tour our kid was excited and played our entire stay at the Lazer tag and golf and pool. The hotel is like staying in a museum and has all kinds of family friendly and adult entertainment, food and fun. Just 15 minutes from downtown Santa. Fe and 15 minutes from Las Alamos. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and experience!!!"
