"Good hotel for a night before flight. Room large but in need of redecoration, comfortable bed. Receptionist very rude at check in. Buffet meal in evening was excellent. Receptionist ordered us an unlicensed taxi to airport, he had no change and could not drop us off at the taxi rank, he smelt like he had not had a wash for months. "

"The hotel was clean, most of the staff were effective at costumer service and courteous. In many situations they were problem solvers and went above and beyond. There was only one situation when our reservation for the sauna was double booked and we did end up not using it and there was a day in which the elevator was out of service and we have to go down the stairs to meet a friend to go around the city. The Expedia advertised that they have a diamond shuttle service to the airport and we ended...

"Such a beautiful and welcoming hotel! Slightly out of town in a quieter, greener location. We loved returning there after a long day of traveling to dip in the pool or sit in one of the lovely outdoor areas. You will need to factor in taxi fare (7000 each way) and a little extra time to get the taxi to and from town (about a 10 minute trip). But for us it was well worth it. Highly recommend!!"
