The only thing is that they moved us from our original room to another after the first day, saying that they were going to work on the electrical system. "The staff, the location, the amenities were amazing. The spirit of the hotel makes you blessed. Atacama means daily tours picking up early. Thus, they serve breakfast starting from 4a.m. Although the size of the pool is small, we swam everyday. We enjoyed ‘wine tasting’ hour the most. The owner of the hotel is so generous and hospitable, as well as the staff."

"The staff was lovely and so helpful. The room was clean and it was in a nice spot with a courtyard to sit it. Breakfast was nice and on our last day they made us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early. Secure place to part your car."

"No welcome gesture. Terrible experience at the reception. Gentleman showed up and he couldn’t find my reservation. He stated interrogating me. He keep on calling someone and will not show me the room. No fan. No AC. No heating for winter months. "
